Four Ways care home

Welcome to our Four Ways care home located in Lillington in Leamington Spa. The home combines support with care that helps residents live life as independently as possible.    

What type of care do we provide? 

At Four Ways, we provide: 

• Residential care: long-term, 24-hour support for older people 
• Dementia care: supporting people living with dementia 
• Respite care: short-term stays, to give carers a break or help someone recover after an illness 

We take the time to understand each resident and their loved ones, making sure care fits around the way they like to live.  

Homely spaces 

Four Ways has 47 bedrooms including ground floor rooms where available. The home is designed as three households, each with its own lounge, dining area and kitchenette so residents can make snacks and drinks if they want.  

The households are decorated in three lifestyles, town, country and classical living. Hobbies, interests and local history are included in the hallway decoration which often sparks conversation and reminiscence.  

At the entrance, you’ll find a café that opens into the conservatory and garden, as well as a salon offering unisex hairdressing and manicures. There’s also a spa bathroom for a feel-good bathing experience.  

Life at Westlands 

Daily life centres around the living areas where residents get together and socialise or spend time with their friends and family. Residents can choose to: 

• take part in regular activities such as crafts, baking, games and gentle exercise 
• enjoy fresh air sitting out on the patio or tending to the plants and vegetables in the raised beds  
• join in with one-to-one and group music sessions led by our Community Musicians  
• visit the on-site salon 
• go out on a local trip on the Memory Maker minibus which is accessible for wheelchair users and open to relatives to join
