A bit about Drayton Court care home

Welcome to Drayton Court care home in Nuneaton, located in the residential area of Camp Hill. The home combines support with care that helps residents live life as independently as possible.

What type of care do we provide?

At Drayton Court, we provide:

  • Residential care – long-term, 24-hour support for older people
  • Dementia care â€“  supporting people living with dementia
  • Respite care â€“ short-term stays to give carers a break or help someone recover after an illness

We’re all different, so we work closely with residents and their loved ones to support the life they choose.

Homely living spaces

Drayton Court has 45 bedrooms, including some ensuite and ground floor rooms, where available. The care home is made up of three households, each with a kitchenette, dining area, and lounge. The households are designed around a lifestyle, town, country, or classical living. Hobbies, interests and local information are included in the hallway decorations which spark conversation and reminiscence.

We also have a shared lounge on the ground floor, which residents use for parties and watching films on the big screen.

Life at Drayton Court

Daily life centres around the living areas where residents get together with family and friends and can also choose to:

  • make their own drinks or snacks in the household kitchen
  • take part in regular activities such as baking, crafts and gentle exercise
  • visit the on-site beauty salon offering unisex hairdressing and manicures
  • spend time outside in the garden, paved courtyard or conservatory
  • go out on a local trips to places such as garden centres, parks and shops on the Memory Maker minibus which is accessible for wheelchair users and relatives can join in the fun too!
