WCS Care named among Top 20 care home groups

For the second consecutive year, WCS Care has been recognised as one of the ‘Top 20 Rated Mid-size Large Care Home Groups’ in the carehome.co.uk awards.

The awards are determined solely by independent reviews shared online by residents, relatives and friends. The ratings received across all 13 WCS Care homes are combined to determine the final group results.

Keren Salt, Director of Quality and Compliance, said: “Choosing a care home is a significant decision and we understand how important it is to hear directly from other families who have been through that process. Reviews play a key role in helping people who are looking for care. We are very grateful to everyone who has taken the time to share their views on our care, our staff and our homes. By doing so, they are supporting others who are exploring care for a loved one.”
