Attleborough Grange care home

Welcome to Attleborough Grange care home. Located on Attleborough Road just about one mile from Nuneaton town centre, the home combines care and support, encouraging residents to live life their own way. 

What type of care do we provide? 

At Attleborough Grange, we provide: 

• Residential care – long-term, 24-hour support for older people 
• Dementia care –  supporting people living with dementia 
• Respite care – short-term stays to give carers a break or help someone recover after an illness 

Everyone’s different, so we take the time to really get to know each resident and their family, making sure life continues in the way they want it to. 

Homely living spaces 

Attleborough Grange has 32 bedrooms in total, including some ensuite and ground-floor rooms where available. The home is designed as four households, with the second floor accessible by a lift. Each household has its own lounge, dining area and kitchenette where residents can relax, make drinks and snacks if they wish, and spend time with visitors.  

The households are designed in one of three lifestyles based on town, country and classical living, with decorations in the hallways reflecting hobbies, interests and local history. This is because we recognise that the space in-between places create more opportunities for conversation and reminiscence.  

The home has a hair salon, a spa bathroom for a feel-good bathing experience and an activities and crafts room. Outside, the large balcony with seating area looks out over the garden so residents can sit and enjoy some fresh air.  

Life at Attleborough Grange 

Daily life centres around the shared lounges, where residents meet to socialise or join in activities. Residents can choose to: 

• take part in regular activities such as crafts, baking gentle exercise and games, with sessions tailored to individual interests 
• time outdoors in the garden 
• join in with one to one and group music sessions led by WCS Care’s Community Musicians 
• visit the on-site salon 
• go out on local trips on the Memory Maker minibus to parks, shops and attractions, which is wheelchair accessible and open to families who want to join in.
