The Executive Management Team
Working together to identify and implement strategic policies, initiatives, aims and ambitions of the organisation and to ensure the provision of high quality services.
The people in this team are: -
- Christine Asbury - Chief Executive
The strategic and day to day running of the whole company is delegated to the Chief Executive by the Board of Directors.
- Nick Wood - Director of Finance and Company Secretary
The Director of Finance / Company Secretary maintains the financial operations of the company and ensures compliance with the legal framework under which the company operates.
- Ed Russell - Director of Operations
The Director of Operations maintains the day to day operational management, quality assurance and human resources throughout the organisation.
