Home Manager
The person officially registered as carrying on the business of the home is Jo Parry.
Jo has the relevant qualifications and of 12 years working with older people in residential care (3 1/2 years in management). Jo has an NVQ 4 in Leadership and Management in Care and together with an NVQ 4 in Health & Social Care.
Jo began her career working as a Care Assistant in 3 care homes in the private sector before being appointed as Deputy Manager in 2007. Later in 2007 Jo joined WCS Care Group as a Care Manager at Sycamores and was appointed Manager in September 2010.
Jo is passionate about working with older people and her commitment to excellence and enthusiasm shine throughout .
