Home Manager
The person officially registered as carrying on the business of the home is Hayley Langley who has the relevant qualifications and experience of 9 years working in residential care. Hayley has an N.V.Q level 4 Leadership in Management and Care.
Hayley began her career in a WCS Care Group home in Leamington Spa, where she worked as a Carer before progressing into a management role in two of our homes.
Hayley has also previously managed a home for adults with profound learning disabilities and challenging behaviour.
Hayley is passionate about working with older people and her consciencious approach and caring attitude shine throughout the home.
