Self Funding - Resident Recommendation Bonus Scheme for Staff

£100 bonus!

WCS has launched a scheme in 2011 whereby if an employee successfully recommends a self-funding resident to any home within WCS Care Group they will be awarded a £100 tax free bonus!

Keeping our homes full is really important for the continued success of our company and our staff are the most important ambassadors we have!!

Lisa Tatlow, Senior Carer at Fairfield has recommended two residents to Fairfield - see Lisa's and Rene's story below:

 

Lisa has worked at Fairfield as a carer since October 1999 and has progressed from carer to lead carer then senior carer.

Lisa's partner Tim is a glazier and was fitting some windows for a lady who was looking for a care home for her mum. Tim just happened to say to her that his partner worked at a care home in Bedworth. They were very worried and anxious as they had been to visit a few homes and was disappointed at what they had seen. Tim could see how concerned they were and suggested that they speak with Lisa to try and arrange a visit to Fairfield. Lisa contacted Rene and her daughter and a lengthy conversation took place. Rene was thrilled with what Lisa had told her about living at Fairfield; Lisa suggested contacting the home manager to arrange a chat and a visit.

Rene Reading moved into Fairfield a few weeks later, both mum and her daughter are very pleased with the care Rene now receives at Fairfield.

 £100 bonus!

Lisa is presented a recommendation bonus cheque for £200 from Hazel Wren, Chief Executive accompanied by Rene who was recommended to Fairfield by Lisa.
