As you can imagine, it takes skill, dedication and expertise from many different people to provide the care that our residents deserve. With 11 residential care homes and domiciliary care services across Warwickshire we not only need people who can provide direct care, but also those who are able to help with catering, housekeeping, finance & administration. Below, you'll find details of a number of our typical roles.

Home's Manager

  • To assume total responsibility for all aspects of management of the Home in accordance with current requirements and legislation.
  • To provide direction for the delivery of the highest possible quality of person-centred care.
  • To contribute strategically and operationally to the Company's business planning process.
  • To be the named, competent person under Health & Safety legislation.

 

Home Care Manager 

  • To assume total responsibility for all aspects of management of the Home Care Service in accordance with current requirements and legislation.
  • To provide direction for the delivery of the highest possible quality of person-centred domiciliary care to service users in the community.
  • To contribute strategically and operationally to the Company's business planning process.
  • To be the named, competent person under Health & Safety legislation.

 

Care Manager

  • To take lead responsibility for the delivery of person-centred care to all the service users in the Home in line with current requirements and legislation.
  • To promote the understanding and use of National Occupational Standards to ensure the delivery of a high quality service.
  • To assume line management responsibilities for the social care staff team.
  • To assist the Home's Manager and management team in all aspects of the Home's management and to deputise for the Home's Manager.

 

Office Administrator

  • To assist the Home's Manager in the development and maintenance of all office admin systems in line with Company Policies and Procedures, current requirements and legislation.
  • As part of the management team, be responsible for the office administration systems.

 

Housekeeper

  • To assist the Home's manager to ensure the Home provides a safe, well maintained and comfortable environment for all service users in line with current requirements and legislation.
  • To manage the performance of a staff team and individuals within that team.
  • As part of the management team, to co ordinate the health, safety and welfare of service users, staff and visitors and for the security of the Home.

 

Caterer

  • To assist the Home's manager to ensure service users receive a wholesome, appealing, balanced diet at times convenient to them in line with current requirements and legislation.
  • To assist the Home's Manager to manage the performance of relevant staff team.
  • As part of the management team, be responsible for the food hygiene and safety standards in the Home.

 

Lead Carer

  • To assist the Care Manager to deliver person-centred care to service users in the Home in line with current requirements and legislation.
  • To work to National Occupational Standards to ensure the delivery of a high quality service.
  • To assist and develop the Social Care Team and individuals within that team.
  • To be the designated person responsible for the Home at agreed times with the support of an 'on-call' rota system.

 

Lead Carer [Day Care]

  • To deliver a range of social activities and events which will meet the assessed needs of individuals and groups of service users.
  • To provide opportunities for service users to enhance quality of life by pursuing hobbies, interests and activities within a caring environment.
  • To work to National Occupational Standards to ensure the delivery of a high quality service.
  • To be aware at all times of the health, safety and welfare of service users, other members of staff and visitors.

 

Senior Enabler

  • To assist the Care Manager to deliver person-centred care to service users in the Home in line with current requirements and legislation.
  • To work to National Occupational Standards to ensure the delivery of a high quality service.
  • To assist and develop the Social Care Team and individuals within that team.
  • To be the designated person responsible for the Home at agreed times with the support of an 'on-call' rota system.

 

Senior Home Carer

  • To deliver person-centred domiciliary care to service users in the community as detailed in their Individual Care Plans.
  • To work to National Occupational Standards to ensure the delivery of a high quality service.
  • The ability to work flexible and unsocial hours and be fully mobile, a care or vehicle owner/driver.
  • To assist and develop the Home Care Team and individuals within that team.
  • To assist the Home Care Manager to assess and review service users care needs in line with current requirements and legislation.
  • To be the designated person responsible for the service at agreed times with the support of an 'on-call' rota system.

 

Carer

  • To deliver person-centred care to service users in the Home as detailed in Individual Care Plans.
  • To work to National Occupational Standards to ensure the delivery of a high quality service.
  • To work as part of the Social Care Team in the Home.
  • To be aware at all times of the health, safety and welfare of service users, other members of staff and visitors and the safety and security of the building.

 

Enabler

  • To deliver person-centred care to service users in the Home as detailed in Individual Care Plans.
  • To work to National Occupational Standards to ensure the delivery of a high quality service.
  • To work as part of the Social Care Team in the Home.
  • To be aware at all times of the health, safety and welfare of service users, other members of staff and visitors and the safety and security of the building.

 

Home Carer

  • To deliver person-centred domiciliary care to service users in the community as detailed in their Individual Care Plans.
  • To work to National Occupational Standards to ensure the delivery of a high quality service.

Night Carer

  • To work as part of the Social Care Team in the Home.
  • To be aware at all times of the health, safety and welfare of service users, other members of staff and visitors and the safety and security of the building during the night.

 

Night Enabler

  • To deliver person-centred care to service users in the Home as detailed in Individual Care Plans.
  • To work to National Occupational Standards to ensure the delivery of a high quality service.
  • To work as part of the Social Care Team in the Home.
  • To be aware at all times of the health, safety and welfare of service users, other members of staff and visitors and the safety and security of the building during th night.

 

Social Care Assistant

  • To maintain a safe and clean environment taking full account of service users' wishes.
  • To work as part of the Social Care Team in the Home to support service users with daily living.
  • To be aware at all times of the health, safety and welfare of the service users, other members of staff and visitors and the safety and security of the building.

 

Housekeeping Assistant

  • To maintain a safe and clean environment taking full account of service users' wishes.
  • To be aware at all times of the health, safety and welfare of the service users, other members of staff and visitors and the safety and security of the building.
