- We operate 11 Care Homes and a Domiciliary Care Service across Warwickshire. We provide residential care for younger adults, older people and people requiring specialist support who are living with a dementia, as well as day care and respite services.
- We believe the quality of our services is dependent upon the quality of our staff and for this reason we do all we can to support and develop our employees, to make working at WCS Care Group both a positive and rewarding experience.
- We provide services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and have a variety of opportunities at different times of day to suit flexible working hours.
